Description of the Issue
In "Preferences > Language", JavaScript is listed twice.
Steps To Reproduce
- Go to "Preferences > Language".
- In "Available items", scroll to "JavaScript".
Current Behavior
JavaScript entry is present twice.
Expected Behavior
JavaScript entry should be present once.

- In "Language" menu bar, "JavaScript" is present once, as expected.
- A different issue, already fixed, which might be related: [BUG] The "Follow Windows" makes external lexers appear twice in the tab settings menu #16462.
- I tested with the latest nightly build, which includes the recent fix for the abovementioned 16462, but the issue I'm reporting here is still present.
