Description of the Issue

The Symbol "&" in a file name makes it like an access key and we see an underscore in place of it.
See the file name "Symbol &Makes what.txt" in the Ctrl + Tab box.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Save a file in the name in "Symbol &Makes what.txt" file name.
2. Open it in Notepad++
3. Press Ctrl + Tab and see how its name listed.

Current Behavior

"&" converted as access key

Expected Behavior

"&" symbol should be look like "&"
