Description of the Issue

The pr #10639 does not work when launching Npp through CMD WITH the positions arguments

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. launch 8.1.6 RC through cmd WITH the position parameters : C:\npp.8.1.6.portable.x64>notepad++ thepathtothefile.text -x -y

Expected Behavior

Darkmode background flash under darkmode

Actual Behavior

White background flash under darkmode
