If needed, I can make the 1.24 a new section here. I was unsure the best practice here so I just expanded existing notes
Update ORT 1.24 row to reflect TensorRT 10.14 and CUDA 12.0-12.9, matching the v1.24.1 release notes and build Dockerfile.
Update built/tested TensorRT version to 10.14, version-match example to 10.14-GA, and extend OSS parser note to cover ORT 1.23/1.24.
