Pull request overview
Adds a GitHub Agentic Workflow to run the repository’s smoke-test prompt by first building/installing a local SDK snapshot, then executing the existing PROMPT-smoke-test.md instructions to validate the README “Quick Start” code against that snapshot.

run-smoke-test.md) describing how to build and run the smoke test. - Add the compiled workflow lock file (
run-smoke-test.lock.yml) generated from the markdown workflow. - Update the agentic workflow action pin set (
