* Add generic provider setup modal * Add provider popularity score and move available_providers list to server-side to provide for the client * Add setup method for providers which toggles on the site setting for each provider. Only Slack and Telegram need some additional validation.

Improves some chat integration provider setup UX. First,
we added a quick link to the provider site settings:
Second, we've added a way to automatically turn on each provider
via a modal, and configure additional site settings as needed:
