- Created AGENTS.md as the main entry point for AI agents, detailing project overview, tech stack, main entry points, commands, and rules.
- Added various rule documents under .cursor/rules/ for code review, development workflow, Java standards, testing patterns, and CDA-specific guidelines.
- Introduced skills documentation in skills/ to provide reusable guidance for implementing CDA features, testing, and code reviews
