Description of the Issue

Notepad++ v 7.9.2 ignores the “Print Line Number” preference setting when printing a text file.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Go to Print section in Preferences dialog
2. Uncheck "Print Line Number"
3. Print a non-empty text file

Expected Behavior

No line number printed

Actual Behavior

Line number printed
