In settings/preferences there is the setting to "Remember last used directory." This last used directory is not remembered after Notepad+ exits. It would be really useful for it to be remembered. As things stand the directory "remembered" past exit is the program's code folder.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open a file in a specific folder.
2. Exit Notepad+
3. Use the file open dialog to open a new file

Expected Behavior

I would expect that the file open dialog would be pointing to the last directory opened.

Actual Behavior

The dialog points to the Notepad+ code folder.
