Description of the Issue
I was doing a complete re-install of Notepad++, and installed version 8.9.2
After this I needed to reinstall the plugins I need/want to use
Steps To Reproduce
- Install some plugins, via 'Plugins Admin'
Current Behavior
Notepad++ is running with 'Administrator' rights.
Expected Behavior
Not running as Administrator?
