Description of the Issue
The functionList viewer does not support Makefile format, which is a builtin language (langID="10").
Describe the solution you'd like.
A new functionList parser XML file for Makefile format.
An obvious and charmingly simple approach is to have the Makefile targets as "functions", like so:
