[Feature request] Make the stylers/themes updater more "seamless" #17289

Description of the Issue
Per the 8.8.9 announcement discussion, when a dark theme (DarkModeDefault, or any othr dark-background themes) inherits the colors for the new style entries from stylers.model.xml, the results can be jarring to the user.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Instead of just copying the new entries from the model, do a check: if the active theme is not stylers.xml, make use of the active theme's Default Style foreground and background colors for any of the new styles, rather than using the jarring light-mode color from the model file.
