Description of the Issue

Due to 7da0c06 document map is not accepting keyboard input.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open long document and enable document map
2. Get focus on document map
3. Press up, down, page up, or page down keys

Current Behavior

Nothing happen

Expected Behavior

Document map responds to keys and moves view
