Description of the Issue

This issue occurs only the first time the User Defined Language dialog is opened after the program starts.
If the dialog is closed and reopened, the problem does not reappear. It only happens again after restarting the program.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch Notepad++.
2. Open the User Defined Language dialog.
3. Press the Alt key or the Tab key once - most of the controls on the dialog will "disappear".
4. Close and reopen the dialog - the controls appear normal again.
5. Restart Notepad++ and repeat the above steps - the issue occurs 100% of the time.

Current Behavior

Pressing the Alt or Tab key once causes most of the controls on the dialog to "disappear".

Expected Behavior

No other dialogs in the application have this issue, so this should be considered a bug.
