[BUG] "Go to settings" is not explicit visually #16846

Description of the Issue
"Go to settings" in Style Configurator guides users to the settings in Preferences, which is good. But it's not explicit visually.
Steps To Reproduce
- Open Style Configurator.
- Under "Global Styles", choose "Caret coulor".
- Click "Go to settings" link.
- Preferences dialog shows, "Editing 1" section is opened.
Current Behavior
Users have to search caret settings in dialog.
Expected Behavior
The caret settings is indicated directly - no more search by users.
