Description of the Issue

When the menu bar is set to be hidden in Preferences... > General > Menu, it becomes invisible.
If you right-click on the title bar to open the system menu, the menu bar temporarily reappears. However, this change is not permanent—you cannot interact with the menu bar (with the mouse). Once you click elsewhere and the system menu is closed, the menu bar is hidden again.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open Preferences... > General > Menu and check "Hide (use Alt or F10 key to toggle)" to hide the menu bar
  2. In the main window, right-click on the title bar.
--> The menu bar temporarily reappears.
  3. Click anywhere else outside the system menu.
--> The menu bar disappears again.

Current Behavior

The menu bar temporarily reappears when right-clicking on the title bar.

Expected Behavior

The menu bar should remain hidden and not reappear when the system menu is opened.
