Description of the Issue

Dark mode menu bar when Notepad++ is in unfocused state is same as in focused state unlike in light mode, where in unfocused state, text is grayed.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Dark mode menu bar text when Notepad++ is in unfocused state should be grayed.
