Description of the Issue

Hello,
When the project panel is displayed and notepad++ is on a secondary monitor. When you move the project window, the main screen displays artifacts. Please see the photo of my 2 screens attached.

To be precise, I 've a Nvidia Graphic RTX 4070 card with the latest drivers.

Edit : I've just seen that it is the sames bugs with other window like "Folder as Workspace", "Document list",...

Steps To Reproduce

1. Display the project panel
2. put notepad++ on a secondary monitor
3. move the project panel (for example attach and detach it from notepad++)
4. see the bugs

Current Behavior

see the bugs on the main screen

Expected Behavior

I think no artifacts are expected
