Description of the Issue

I have 3 monitors: top left, lower left, and a big one on the right side of the two left monitors.

I have two issues that are somewhat new. The started about 2 updates back, about 3 or 4 month ago:

1. When I start a search the program forgets where I place the search results window the last time I used it (moved it to) when reopening the program.
2. Dragging the search results window to a new location has become very difficult. Somehow the window outline gets represented at a different location (to the left of where I click and hold the window.) And I have no way to guide my movements to place the window in it's new location.

Steps To Reproduce

1. moved search results window
2. close and reopen program

1. click, hold and drag search results window
2. search results window disappears from where I am holding it and appears to the far left
3. letting go from the hold it reapers where I let go - honoring my new location and move.

Current Behavior

search results window is back, but not where I left it the last time around.

Expected Behavior

search results window at the same, last used location -- even after reopening the program.

for search results window to work (moving holding and dragging) just like any other window.
