[BUG] <title>The word "download" isn't showing up as a command in an html link #16036

Description of the Issue
When using the word download in an html link it still stays as black characters and not red.
Steps To Reproduce
- Create a html link
- add "download" with in the html link before the first > symbol
Current Behavior
When using the download command the text color stays black.
Expected Behavior
The word download to appear red within a html link.
