Description of the Issue

I work with large projects and most of the files I have open will not be edited in the immediate time frame. Having them open for editing all the time makes then vulnerable to picking up the odd random keystroke. These may get accidentality saved. Can be particularly bad if a big paste went in the wrong place. For this reason I try to set read only on files I probably will not edit when I open them.

Describe the solution you'd like.

An option to always open files Read-Only by default. I must explicitly toggle off the Read-Only flag if I want to edit. Files that notepad++ automatically open when restarted will always be set Read-Only as well, even if they were set editable when I last used them.
