Description of the Issue

The Edit > Set Read-Only function does not work.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a file
2. Go to Edit, click on Set Read-Only
3. Check the file attributes

Current Behavior

The file is writable, the Set Read-Only action only makes the file appear as read only in Notepad++ (save is disabled), but it's not.

Expected Behavior

The file becomes read-only in the filesystem.
