Description of the Issue

1. "URL hovered"'s "Go to Settings" in Style Configurator does not go to the right settings page of Preferences.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Style Configurator.
2. "Global Styles" > "URL hovered"' then click on "Go to Settings".

Current Behavior

Preferences dialog is opened, then switch to "Performance" page.

Expected Behavior

Preferences dialog is opened, then switch to "Cloud & Link" page.
