[BUG] Renamed untitled tab can't simply be closed #15306

Description of the Issue
See steps below.
Steps To Reproduce
- Start with fresh portable N++ with single
new 1tab showing (with blue diskette icon on the tab) - Rename the tab to
test - Attempt to close
test
Current Behavior
Nothing happens; tab test remains.
Expected Behavior
test tab should close and a new 1 tab should replace it.
