Description of the Issue

If I try to update my notepad++ folder with translportable zip file,
my existing configuration will be overwritten with default config.xml

Describe the solution you'd like.

It would be better to be more update ready, to move config.xml in a config folder.
The default config.xml should be renamed to config-default.xml for first notepad++ start.

After first start only the user config.xml will be used.
With new notepad++ version notepad++ should add new config points to user file.

With this workflow, we are more update ready for future.
