Description of the Issue

the toolbar is too busy, especially when there are some plugins

Describe the solution you'd like.

the toolbar should be organized with one or more of the following:

• use buttons like Winmerge does (Notepad++ use it only in Search dialog)
• group the icons by a different tab for every plugin
• create a management to customize the toolbar
