Description of the Issue

When I try save some kind of file, I found the Warning mentioned. It said that file cannot be stored, but nevertheless always (until now) is saved. I tried to remove and reinstall notepad++, and also to install several versions, but always is the same. It is an annoying warning message.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open any ini, txt or log file inside C.\Program Files
2. Modify it
3. Save it.

Current Behavior

To allow save ini, txt or log file normally
