Description of the Issue

In some situation close button will be hidden in Find&Replace dialog

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+F to open Find in Files (opening Find in Projects will also work)
2. Press collapse button ("^")
3. Press Ctrl+F to switch to Find (switch to Replace or Mark tabs will also work)
4. Press uncollapse button ("V")

Expected Behavior

Close button is not hidden.

Actual Behavior

Close button is hidden.
