Description of the Issue

In v8.6.4 the debug info contains
OS Name : Windows 11 Home (64-bit)

In v8.6.5 RC1 and also the production release of v8.6.5 it's
OS Name : Windows 11 Home (64-bit

The right parentheses is missing. This affects both the 32 and 64 bit editions of Notepad++.

While I'm now using Windows Version 10.0.22631.3296 23H2 I looked back through my notes and found a debug info taken on 03/19/2024 of @molsonkiko's fork of Notepad++ v8.6.5 and that also shows that the right parenthese was missing.
