Description of the Issue

When editing Ada specification files, function/procedure declarations do not appear in the Function List

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Under View, enable the Function List
2. Open an Ada specification file ("name.1.ada")
3. Observe that the Function List has no function nor procedure entries

Expected Behavior

Function List shows functions and procedures declared in the specifications file.

Actual Behavior

Function List has no function nor procedure entries
