Description of the Issue

"User ext." configuration does not persist in v8.6

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Download Notepadd++ v8.6 in portable version (zip file)
2. Extract the file in some folder and execute notepad++.exe
3. Go to Menu: Settings → Style Configurator ...
4. Try to add a "User ext." value in some language, e.g., JavaScript
5. Press "Save & Close" and close Notepad++
6. Open Notepadd++ again, go to Settings → Style Configurator ...
7. The previously set "User ext." value does not persists

Expected Behavior

The configured "User ext." value should persist in notepad++ configuration

Actual Behavior

The previously set "User ext." value does not persists

Obs

The bug does not happen in v8.5.8
