Description of the Issue

Some keyboard shortcuts doesn't match on italian keyboard.
There is no backtick char in italian keyboard, so I made a macro that simply print '`', then in the keyboard shortcut for macros I have associated it to Ctrl-' key, but it's associated to another key: Ctrl-à.

Debug Information

I don't remember the last version it was worked, I changed my PC on 2023.01.15 so all versions before that, was working, but the old PC was a Windows 7 Ultimate, The new one Windows 11 Pro and Notepad++ is a new installation.
Italian keyboard (exactly as in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QWERTY#/media/File:Italian_Keyboard_layout.svg).

Current Notepad++ version is v8.5.8 (64bit)
