Description of the Issue

NPP crashes when you hold the tab using RMB and, without releasing the button, press the middle button (wheel)

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. create a few tabs
2. hold LMB, move tab (reorder) to left, move back
3. dont hold LMB and click MOUSEWHEEL
4. move mouse to left

Expected Behavior

Tab closes without crash

Actual Behavior

Crash.
