Style Configurator performance issue #14321

Description of the Issue
While switching among languages in Style Configurator, the stylers are loaded very slowly.
Also while modifying in "User Ext." edit field, UI freezes.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
- Open Style Configurator
- Switch among the language
- Edit in "User Ext." edit field
Expected Behavior
UI should not be frozen
Actual Behavior
Doing 2. & 3. make UI frozen
