Description of the Issue

A file which was set Read-Only attribute via Explorer is opened in Notepad++, Clear Read-Only Flag command not working immediately.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open a file with Read-Only Attribute.
2. Apply "Clear Read-Only Flag" command.

Expected Behavior

The disk icon turn to blue from grey color and the file is editable.

Actual Behavior

The disk icon remains grey color and the file is not editable immediately. Until user switches out the focus then switches it back to Notepad++, the disk icon become blue and the file can be edited.
