Description of the Issue

Project Panel File Relocalizer dialog initial focus should be on edit control

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open Project panel
2. Add new project
   
3. Add file to project
   
4. Right-click on file item and select Modify File Path
   

Expected Behavior

Focus on edit control.

Actual Behavior

Focus on OK button.
