Today when I opened Notepad++ it didn't have opened files, including the ones that are not saved

And that's the only place in your log-file where something is wrong - three standard lines (writing and closing of the session.xml file + final WM_DESTROY) are missing completely in between the 2023-04-12 04:16:59 and 2023-04-13 06:05:09 records! (I put there the "!!!" instead)

It means that the N++ apparently did not finish its usual quitting stuff, maybe it was stuck somehow.
Anyway, this means that it is most likely not related to the previous problem @donho mentioned.
