Description of the Issue

Character panel is missing ending ; for HTML Number items.
Character panel is missing some HTML Name values
Character panel is missing HTML Hex Number column.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open Edit -> Character Panel

Expected Behavior

No missing items.

Actual Behavior

Some items are missing.
