Description of the Issue

The Mark window's Bookmark line and Purge for each search 's checked state is not remembered over a Notepad++ restart cycle.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Invoke Mark via Ctrl+m.
2. Checkmark Bookmark line.
3. Checkmark Purge for each search.
4. Do some Mark All operations to verify bookmarking and pre-search purging of redmarking is working (it is).
5. Restart Notepad++.
6. Invoke Mark via Ctrl+m.

Expected Behavior

I expected the checked state of Bookmark line and Purge for each search to be retained, because that is how I last used these options, and typically how I want to use them every time I do a Mark operation.

Actual Behavior

Bookmark line and Purge for each search are unchecked after a Notepad++ restart.
