Description of the Issue

With version 8.4.9 and the problem with opening files containing space or stored in a folder with space, a new window also appeared, which is not translated

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Download the latest version
2. Through the command line try to open a file whose name contains a space or is stored in a folder with a name containing a space
3. Click No button on a questions to create a new file

Expected Behavior

I have expected to have localization of title name Cannot open file and the message "xxx" cannot be opened: Folder "yyy" doesn't exist.
