Auto-completion From "n" th character could use slider instead of link with "mini" dialog

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open Preference->Auto-Completion
2. Click on link text - number in From "number" th character

Expected Behavior

Use slider to change From "number" th character

Actual Behavior

Use "mini" dlg to change From "number" th character
