Description of the Issue

There are two issues here.

1. Unable to search in all the other tabs except Available tab.
2. When we search in other tabs, then
   1. It displays only the description but from the available list items.
   2. It selects item in the available list based on search criteria.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open plugin admin
2. Go to the installed tab.
3. Search for MIM (ensure Mime is already installed which I want to uninstall. Hence, this search.)
4. Observe the behaviour

Expected Behavior

1. Mime Tools should be selected. So that I can click on Remove button.
2. It should show description for Mime Tools

Actual Behavior

1. It does not select anything on the installed tab. Actually, select some item in Available tab based on search criteria.
2. However it shows some random description. Actually, shows description from selected item on Available tab.
