Description of the Issue

When saving in Korean file name in Save As, the file name is saved differently than intended.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Save As
2. Write "한글" and enter

Expected Behavior

Save as "한글.txt" file

Actual Behavior

Save as "한글글" file

There is a problem that the last character is repeated and the .txt extension is not attached.
