Same issue as the original bug mentioned, which has been closed too quickly

Currently on v8.4.5

The issue is seen after using the embedded Notepad++ auto updater to apply new release. Then the font size always revert back to 10 and already for months ago

Please read here : #11777

I guess the person who closed this previous bug was only trying to apply new releases manually, so please check again using the built-in auto updater

In any case, I'm available to allow a remote session, for watching the bug in action coming without any surprise
