Add in to Notepad++ the "change history" feature, new to Scintilla 5.3.0:
Added change history which can display document changes (modified, saved, ...) in the margin or in the text.

Not sure what is needed for this to be realized in Notepad++, but at a minimum I'd suppose letting the user turn the feature on/off.
