Description of the Issue

TextFX is no longer working in 8.4.4 32bit as it did in 8.4.2 32bit

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. update to 8.4.4 32bit with textfx installed
2. open new version
3. no textfx in menubar or plugin tab

Expected Behavior

testfx to be enabled and working

Actual Behavior

TextFX not installed and not working after update to 8.4.4
