Description of the Issue

Updating from the ?-Update Notepad++ menu selection works up until the point that a dialog pops up stating that CSVLint plugin is incompatible and ask if you want to remove it. Answering yes, dismisses the dialog but the program never launches. Manual removal is the only way that fixes this.

CSVLint plugin removed and NPP launches as normal

Actual Behavior

CSVLint plugin is not removed, and the NPP program never relaunches

After manually removing the CSVLint folder is the only way to get this debug info, and it shows the plugin removed now:
