Tray right-click menu (when Minimized-to-tray) doesn't seem to be translatable #11628
Description
When you have Settings > Preferences > MISC > Minimize to system tray turned on and minimize to the tray, there is a right-click menu on the Notepad++ icon. Those entries do not appear to be translatable (they aren't in english.xml, and I assume not in any of the others, either).
