Description of the Issue

If user create User Defined Language over 30 times, app crash.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Click Create New button and input random name.
2. Repeat 28 times (because two preinstalled language exist)

3. Now create new language will crash app.

This crash doesn't show any alert.
