Empty files are not saved #10667
Description
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
- Open a non-empty text file
- Empty the file and save it
- Reload from Disk
Expected Behavior
After Step 3 the file is empty
Actual Behavior
After Step 3 the file is reloaded to its last non-empty version
